Who are we?
The Diaspora Programme is implemented by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC)’s Localization Unit. As part of DRC localization efforts, the diasporas are considered as a part of the civil society actors of the countries and communities in which they have their roots and connections.
One of the projects under DRC's Diaspora Programme is the Diaspora Project Support (DiPS). DiPS is a funding mechanism that provides financial and technical support to Afghan and Somali diaspora organisations in Denmark to implement activities in Afghanistan and Somalia.
