As Analytics & Process specialist in People & Culture, you will be our go-to person on the further implementation of Workday and be responsible for P&C analytics and reporting and process optimization. You will use your broad knowledge of HRIS systems, setting up processes, and analyzing P&C-related data.
You will work closely with the entire P&C team in CPH from HRBPs, to HR generalists and the Talent team while collaborating with our global P&C colleagues in the Compensation and Data & analytics team. You will also liaise with many other internal stakeholders from IT, to Payroll, and our compliance and admin teams.
You will work to map reporting needs and set these up in Workday and related systems. You will own our monthly HR reporting. On top of this, you will be leading the process work around Workday to make sure we have seamless data input and output around Workday.
The position is part of the 'P&C Operations' team and you will report to the Manager for P&C Operations.

- Primary CPH SME for Workday (local input to the Global team, map and create local user manuals as needed, define further training needed, set up reporting and refine local processes as required)
