About the role
Enterprise Process Governance Lead is responsible for proposing and maintaining an effective E2E governance framework including process taxonomy, ownership, roles & responsibilities, process design quality standards, documentation of business policies, rules, risks and controls in process maps.
The role will propose and maintain standards for process maturity assessment, develop solutions (tools, templates and methods) for implementation of the standards, deliver training, track compliance and communicate same to Global Process Leads (GPLs). Process Governance Lead reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Process Governance, as part of Process Excellence organization.
Key responsibilities
- Propose and maintain standards of process taxonomy, process ownership including roles and responsibilities: ensure E2E process taxonomy completeness with quality, clear definition, E2E connection; timely communicate adoption visibility.
- Propose and maintain standards of process design, modelling and documentation including Business Policies and Rules, Risks and Controls: ensure timely and adequate creation, review, updates, communication, and adoption visibility.
- Train GPL organization on how to use above when designing, modeling and documenting E2E processes.
