As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving investment projects in a factory where we produce our newest GLP-1 products, and by that have a high impact on our production area Manufacturing 1 (M1) and Diabetes Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (DAPI). Your main responsibilities will be:

Driving both small and large strategic investment projects from initial idea to implementation and handover.

Conducting business cases to estimate project potential and driving the projects from start to end to ensure they are implemented, anchored within the line of business, and that results are harvested.

Inspiring and motivating the project team to deliver excellent results by ensuring clear project scope and timelines.

Managing the staffing of our project organization with relevant competencies from consultancy firms.

Identifying and managing risk as the project progresses.
