The Senior Change Manager will be part of a project team responsible for establishing Integrated Quality (IQ) applicable for all areas in ▶Novo Nordisk◀. Five pillars have been established to drive the transformation: IQ Structure, IQ Leadership, IQ Training, IQ Culture, and IQ Data & Technology.
As Senior Change Manager your role will be to drive cross-organizational change management activities and ensure adoption to our future QMS. The nature of change activities you will be driving will depend on the actual pillar you will be involved in and can be focusing on e.g. adoption to process changes and/or to new IT solutions.
