We are seeking a creative and experienced leader to our Global Academy in digital dentistry education to develop and support the strategic development and implementation of learning and trainings strategies to support ▶3Shape◀ vision. The Head of Global Academy will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, overseeing a team of training and education managers, and ensuring the highest standards of learning and development for our global customer base.In this role, you will be an integral part of a leadership team that delivers the strategic vision and operational quality of the Customer Experience & Engagement function, including leaders of Customer Success, Customer Support, CX Office and Support Operations teams.
